I am a freelance photographer and filmmaker.
I talk about companies through the language of reportage and documentary, I feel at home in a restaurant kitchen, and I love architecture.
In the early 2000s, I became a photographer driven by a documentary approach. That style perfectly matched the institutional world I was working in.
Later, in 2010, I started my own studio, _necessitàfotografica, bringing the same documentary language into corporate photo and video production.
My vision of content creation is still driven by the same approach, and in recent years I’ve used it to tell many stories as a filmmaker and Director of Photography in different social documentaries (IMDb).
On this website, I share my personal work, some of which I’ve been lucky enough to exhibit in prestigious and institutional settings.

Since 2010 I concentrate my effort in _necessitàfotografica, the studio I founded, providing media content to national and international clients. Over the years I specialized in the corporate, food and architecture sectors, always combining photography with the creation of video content.

I curated the cinematography of the documentary Refugee Girls by director Leonardo Cinieri Lombroso for the Union of Mediterranean Universities with the aim of communicating the situation of political refugees in European universities.

I conceived and produced, taking care of the cinematography, Italian Chefs a documentary series presented at the Rome Film Fest and at the Dubai Expo 2020, selected at The Hague Global Cinema Festival, award honoree at The Taste Awards, winner at The Ambrosia Film Festival, broadcast on PBS and distributed worldwide by Minerva Pictures. It is currently available on many streaming platforms and in ITA Airways in-flight entertainment.
